Welcome to the RFID Request & Enrollment Page!

We’re excited to roll out RFID sticker access for the Resident-Only Gate (on the far right of the entrance).  Utilization of the RFID-enabled Resident-Only Gate is 100% optional, as residents can continue to enter through the main Visitor gate if they so desire.  Yet we’re confident this gate will be a desirable option for our residents, providing them with streamlined 24/7 automated access to The Reserve, while cutting down on wait times for entry via the main Visitor gate.

To maintain the safety and security of our community, only property owners within The Reserve (and tenants officially leasing properties within The Reserve) are eligible for RFID access.

In addition, property owners and tenants will be required to provide the following vehicle information in order to receive an RFID sticker and enable registration into the DwellingLive RFID system:

• Valid Vehicle Registration registered to the property address in The Reserve (upload required in form below)
  • If vehicle is registered to a different address, vehicle owner must match owner of a property in The Reserve
  • If both vehicle registration address and registered owner do not match an address and owner in The Reserve (eg vehicle leased to business at a different address), vehicle owner must provide additional documentation linking the vehicle/business to an owner in The Reserve (via the file upload below)

Vehicles owned by family members that do not reside at an address in The Reserve are not eligible for RFID stickers

Vehicles owned by third parties, rental vehicles, vendors, employees, domestic staff, and/or others are not eligible for RFID stickers

Required documents can be uploaded and attached to the form below, or legible copies sent in to GreenAcres by mail.  Given the significant delivery delays the Postal Service is currently experiencing, electronic submission is strongly suggested.

There is currently no limit to the number of vehicles The Reserve homeowners can request RFID access for, provided they meet the ownership & registration requirements above.  Simply click on “Add Vehicle” in the form below to create an additional form for any additional vehicle(s) you wish to request RFID access for.  Kindly note that The Reserve property owners are entitled to up to three (3) RFID stickers/household for vehicles they lease/own, free of charge. Additional RFID stickers are available at a cost of $5/sticker.
